Ruby was very delightful! She helped my husband and I save money & get a new phone. She is great at what she does and explains everything in detail. We loved her professionalism!! Thanks again Ruby!!!!

Daniel Callahan is an excellent Verizon employee out of the King of Prussia office. He visited my home and set me up with the best package for me. He also spent several hours helping me address a problem with my home phone number. Daniel is very professional at his job and is the kind of employee a company would want to keep going forward and give him opportunities for advancement in the future.

Ben & Jesse were absolutely awesome! They took their time to help me set up an account that saved me money on my current Comcast bill by switching it to Verizon so I'm super glad they ended up knocking on the door to chat with me. It was an unexpected but for once very appreciated knock to the door this evening from the two of them. They were both funny, friendly and charismatic. They also happily entertained my kids while I set a few quick things up online with them. Just an overall great experience from them. 10/10

Joey, Chauncey & Mario were spectacular. They were extremely professional and respectful and the whole interaction felt more like a conversation rather than a sales pitch. They actively listened to what my needs were and answered every question I had. They really took the time to assure that I felt comfortable making my choice. I am feeling very confident about my decision and that has everything to do with them. Thank you!

I am very impressed by the man who offered me Verizon services. He answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant. He understood my resistance at first, but very politely addressed all my issues. He also saved me money! I would give him a 10 out of 10.

Spent a happy evening with Asia and Devonte switching our AT&T phones over to Verizon and figuring out a cable plan that works for our home. They were both so pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. I had already planned to consolidate my wireless, cable and phones, and Asia made it easy to decide to use Verizon for everything.

Keeshon (and his team) were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my Verizon service. The service plan and install appointment were set up right from my front door. Quick and easy!
